1 Hour Solutions Limited offers a full range of professional on-site services including installation, configuration and support. Service is provided by Microsoft® and Citrix® Certified Engineers and is carried out to the highest standards.
Following our initial assessments, we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of our findings and any recommendations, which could include:

Basic Support
Many small businesses do not have the resources, or indeed the need for full time IT Support staff.
1 Hour Solutions offers this support in a manner that suits the way you work. Whether you require support of your desktop users on a 9 to 5 Monday through Friday basis, specialist support for your servers, or simply ad-hoc "call us when you need us" incident based support, we are in a position to provide a service that is both cost effective and flexible.
We provide support for all systems we have installed, can undertake support, maintenance and upgrades of a variety of desktops and servers, and provide qualified expertise in the market leading software and your own bespoke applications. We can also advise on and support your local and wide area network infrastructure.
Our basic support offering is a contract free package which allows you to call our engineers when you discover an issue and receive telephone support or arrange a site visit. We find this service generally appeals to small businesses and home workers who don’t have a server or a network to support, but would like advice and assistance when they need it most.
This cost effective package involves no up-front or monthly fees as any services used are invoiced monthly.
Remote Support
A more pro-active service than our basic support offering, this service offers the telephone and on-site support of the basic package, but also includes a Remote Support offering where our technicians can effectively log onto your network to perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
We can use a number of technologies to connect to the supported devices including initiating a VPN session, a secure Terminal Services or Citrix ICA session, using 3rd party Remote software that allows you to make a connection to our servers, and allows us to piggyback onto your workstation. This process is user-initiated, meaning, we cannot access your PC without your invitation.
Additionally, we can configure your servers to produce daily reports for our technicians to
analyze for the purpose of pinpointing potential issues before they occur.
The advantages of this service become invaluable to our customers as soon as this service has been set up. The highlighting of potential issues, faster responses and fixes, and real-time troubleshooting are some of the more obvious advantages, but others such as system documentation and performance baseline analysis add value for both
1 Hour Solutions and the customer.
There is no monthly charge levied for providing this service, but we do ask our customers choosing this package to pre-purchase a minimum number of support units which is dependant on the number of devices supported.
